Building permit information is public record and is available at each of the individual building departments located throughout the state.  Each week PlanRoom Central collects this building permit information from all of these building departments in certain Northern Arizona Counties.  We then input that information online for all of our members to have access. This information is useful to find out what and where construction is happening throughout Northern Arizona.

Our building reports are posted and divided by county. The Yavapai County Building Reports are included with a PlanRoom Central basic membership.  Coconino, Mohave, and Maricopa Counties are available as add-on options.  The add-on options and the building departments that we collect records from are listed below.
