Environmental sustainability is of huge significance in this day and age. We at A&E Reprographics understand that it is up to all of us to take care of the World that we live in. For this reason, we have decided to implement a new Environmentally Friendly program that we have called “Green Prints.” The Green Prints program is geared to all of our customers who have the same concern for the environment as we do. Green Prints is a very simple way in which we at A&E and all of our customers can be involved in sustainable practices that benefit the environment for all.

The Green Prints program makes great sense because it is so simple to accomplish. With little effort we have been able to make a substantial impact on the environment through:

- Using digital technology for storing and viewing documents we are able to
substantially reduce the amount of copying required for print projects.

- Both of our facilities in Prescott and Prescott Valley use Energy Star compliant printing equipment for wide format and small format duplicating.

- A&E Reprographics delivery vehicles are fuel efficient, conserving the earths vital fossil fuels.

- Using recycled paper for invoices, statements and internal documentation we can reduce our carbon foot print.

- By recycling all recyclable paper waste we are also making a sizeable impact on the environment.

Even with all that we do, there are still better and many more ways in which we can help. So, we would like to take this opportunity to invite you to join us in our Green Prints program. By participating in Green Prints you will help the environment in a meaningful and substantial way. Customers that choose to sign up for Green Prints will:

- Have all of your printing both large and small format moved to our recycled bond paper. (Additional Fees Apply)

- Customers will have the option to purchase recycled paper from A&E to use in their own printers and copiers further minimizing their carbon foot print.

- Finally, if you would like, A&E will set up paper recycle bins in your office for all of your discarded prints, drawings and used ink-jet printer cartridges in an effort to keep wasted paper and used cartridges from entering Land Fills.

With the many benefits of the Green Prints program, one of its unique features is that it is completely voluntary. We have taken great effort to design the program to be flexible so that those who would like to participate in the program can, and those who do not wish to participate in the Green Prints program may continue to do business with A&E with absolutely no change in service.
