The TurboCAD House Plan Series volume 1 is a set of 10 different pre-drawn house
plans in TurboCAD format. This system was designed with small residential
contractors in mind. The plans are sold separately on CD, each CD contains a
tutorial that demonstrates how to modify the plans, as well as how to customize
the information on the plans to reflect the contractors' company information.
The result is a set of plans that the small contractor can call his or her own,
and appears as though the plans were designed by the contractors company. This
also puts control in the contractors hands, where normally he or she would have
to hire a draftsman to make changes to the plan, now can handle small changes to
the plans themselves. Also included on each CD is a high resolution front
elevation render and floor plan illustration for promoting the plan. The Renders
and floor plan illustrations are free to download. The contractor can print
these pictures for display in his or her office with no obligation to buy. If
you get a customer interested in one of the plans, simply order the plan at that
time. Each plan can be built repeatedly with no additional fees due to PlanRoom
