New Member Services Available!
PlanRoom Central is now a membership based service. Our
biggest concerns are to be able to serve our customers to the best of our
ability, to be able to employ people to find jobs for our customers, and to
provide the technology required to make this process as easy for us and our
customers as we possibly can.
Whats Included with The Membership?
The PlanRoom Central Membership will get you access to the
members area of the website, which includes information for all the jobs that we
can track down and aquire plans for. The job information will include:
- Job Name
- Job Description
- Contact information for the General Contractors who are bidding on the job
- Job location
- Bid Due Date
- Job Type
- Plans online (if they are available)
How Many Jobs Will I have access to as a PlanRoom Central Member?
We currently have access to over 1600 jobs in the State of Arizona, of these jobs we must actively
make calls to aquire plans, as well as sort through and find the best jobs that
will be of the most interest to our customers. We also take into consideration
that you will need time to bid the job, so if the due date is only days away, we
will usually not post those particular jobs. We can, however, usually get any
job that you are looking for by making a few phone calls.

Does PlanRoom Central Offer Building Reports?
Yes, we are beginning to offer building reports (lists of projects that have recently had permits
issued). The best part about this is, you will have acces to these reports as
soon as we do! We enter these reports once a week and enter the information
directly to the website, so as soon as we click the button, you have access to
the information! One of the biggest concerns for our customers is timing. If the
information isn't transferred to them quickly, they may not even have a chance
at the job. We don't want to waste anybody's time, so we are going to do
everything we can to get the information to you as quickly as possible. As far
as we know, we are the only company that handles this information in this
manner. It's just a matter of checking the website regularly.
Anything Else?
Yes, as a member you will recieve a discount on all
printed products! For any plans that you need full size copies of for completing
your estimate, we can produce these for you at a discounted price. We are
competitive at our non-member prices, and much better for our members. |
